Your Mission


You will own paid-ad campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Search & Display, and TikTok, while also supporting our email-marketing efforts. Your work will drive lead generation and nurture key audiences to hit our monthly pipeline goals.


What You'll Do


  • Paid Advertising:
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and TikTok Ads.
  • Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, ad copy/A-B testing, and bid management.
  • Analyze performance data and implement weekly/monthly optimizations to improve ROI.


  • Cross-Channel Strategy:
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-impact creatives and messaging.
  • Align paid-ad tactics with organic and email-marketing calendars to maximize engagement.


  • Email Marketing Support
  • Build and send lead-nurture sequences and promotional blasts in our ESP (e.g., MailerLite, HubSpot).
  • Segment lists, set up automations, and A-B test subject lines and CTAs.
  • Monitor deliverability, open/click rates, and iterate to improve conversions.


  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Create weekly dashboards and deep-dive monthly reports on spend, leads, CPL, and LTV.
  • Use Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and ad-platform insights to tie campaigns back to revenue.


  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up to date on platform best practices, new ad formats, and AI-powered optimization tools.
  • Recommend process improvements and automation (e.g., scripts, rules) to scale our paid programs.


What You Bring


  • 3+ years managing PPC across at least two of: LinkedIn, Meta, Google, TikTok
  • Hands-on experience with an ESP for B2B email marketing
  • Strong analytical skillscomfortable with spreadsheets, custom reporting, and data visualization
  • Excellent copywriting and creative-briefing skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English (written & spoken)


Nice to Have


  • Experience with lead-scoring and CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing Solutions
  • Familiarity with AI/email-copy generators and ad-optimization scripts
