The Opportunity

As a Recruiter at The Hire Talent, you will own full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of client roles and directly influence how quickly and effectively they grow their teams. You will manage searches end-to-end, from defining the role and search strategy through sourcing, assessment, and closing the right hire.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hunting for great candidates, building strong relationships, and using data and technology to continuously improve results. You will deepen your expertise in talent acquisition, become a trusted advisor to clients, and expand your scope as you demonstrate consistent success.

What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of client roles, from intake with hiring managers through sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and hire.
• Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and long-term fit with each client's team and culture.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, define success criteria, and adjust search strategies based on real-time market feedback.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using proactive sourcing, networking, research, and targeted outreach across multiple channels.
• Use Discovered, our applicant tracking system, to manage requisitions, track candidates, and monitor key metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and quality of hire.

What Success Looks Like

• Within 6 months, reduce average time-to-fill for your assigned roles by approximately 15% through strong intake, sourcing, and process management.
• Consistently deliver a positive candidate experience, reflected in strong candidate feedback, clear communication, and high offer acceptance rates.
• Increase successful placements by at least 20% over your initial baseline by applying creative sourcing strategies and high-quality candidate engagement.
• Be recognized by hiring managers as a trusted recruiting partner who anticipates needs, communicates clearly, and consistently presents qualified, well-vetted shortlists.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience in recruitment or a closely related talent acquisition role, with a track record of successful placements or hires.
• Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with both candidates and hiring managers.
• A self-directed, collaborative working style and comfort owning your searches while partnering effectively with a team.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (experience with Discovered is a plus) and an interest in using data and tools to improve your results.
